CEDER’S CLASSIC NON-ALCOHOLIC SOUR
Sour cocktails are true classics, with complex, complementing flavours designed to be sipped slowly and savoured. This non-alcoholic spin on a gin sour has the delicate, aromatic nature of gin botanicals, balanced with tarte lemon juice then gently sweetened with syrup. The cocktail is unified with the addition of egg white, and shaken to combine for a refreshingly decadent tipple. Perfect for the summer months, sitting outside watching the sunset.
- 50ml Ceder’s classic
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Ice cubes
- Citrus rind
1) Add Ceder’s classic, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to the cocktail shaker.
2) Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds before adding ice to the shaker and wet shaking for a further 30 seconds.
3) Strain into a chilled lowball glass.
4) Finally, garnish with a citrus rind, sit back, sip, and enjoy.
