This drink is our homage to the classic tom collins cocktail where, while staying true to its ingredients we add our distinctive twist.  Our non-alcoholic classic Collins cocktail with a delicious fresh and floral bouquet from our Ceder’s classic is enhanced with delightful flavours that pair wonderfully. The sweetness of elderflower syrup complements the zesty flavor of craft lemonade. And with a dash of lemon juice and soda water to top it up, it’s bound to exhilarate every palate. Light and bubbly, this alcohol-free cocktail is the perfect companion to sip at leisure during the balmy days of late summer.

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Classic
10ml Elderflower Syrup
50ml Craft Lemonade
10ml Dash Lemon Juice
Top with Soda Water
Ice cubes

Garnish

Spring of rosemary
Mint leaves

Recipe

1) Pour all ingredients (except soda water) into glass and stir to combine 
2) Next, fill glass with cubed ice, top with soda water, and stir gently to combine 
3) Finally, garnish with rosemary and mint, sit back and enjoy
