Ingredients

Ceder’s Classic: 1 part Ceder’s
Premium Tonic: 2 parts premium tonic

Glass & Garnish
Serve in a glass & garnish with a slice of lemon & a sprig of rosemary.

Method
Build over ice. Sit back, and escape.

grapefruit & a sprig of basil

Method

Ingredients

Ceder’s Pink Rose: 1 part Ceder’s
Premium Tonic: 2 parts premium tonic

Glass and Garnish

Serve in a glass & garnish with raspberries and a sprig of mint

Method

Build over ice. Sit back, and escape.

CEDER’S
COLLINS

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Crisp
10ml Lime juice
10ml Elderflower cordial
5 Droplets Rosemary Non-Alcoholic Bitters
Top with Soda water

Method

Build in glass – pour all ingredients (except soda water) into glass and stir to combine.
Fill glass with cubed ice, top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with rosemary and mint sprigs.

CEDER’S
ON THE BEACH

Ingredients

65ml Ceder’s Wild
50ml Cranberry juice
5ml Melon Syrup
7.5ml Lemon juice

Method

Build in glass – pour all ingredients into the base and stir to combine.
Add cubed ice to fill and stir gently to chill, and top with more ice if required.

CEDER’S STINGER

Ingredients

65ml Ceder’s Crisp
10ml Lemon juice
5ml Gomme
12-14 Mint leaves

Method

Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into chilled coupette – garnish with a large floating mint leaf.

CEDERBERG
BREW

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Crisp
25ml Jasmine Tea (cold)
10ml Elderflower cordial
10ml Lime juice

Method

Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

DEEP IN THE VALLEY

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Classic
40ml Red Grape Juice
15ml Orange juice
8 Droplets Tonka Bean Non-Alcoholic Bitters

Method

Build in glass over cubed ice and stir gently to chill.
Garnish with a thick orange twist.

DISARMED 75

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Classic
10ml Lemon juice
10ml simple syrup
Top with Sparkling White Grape Juice

Method

Shake all ingredients (except sparkling grape juice) with cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled flute.
Top with sparkling grape juice and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lemon twist and a cocktail cherry on a cocktail stick.

SMOKEY WILD

Ingredients

65ml Ceder’s Wild
50ml Pineapple juice
10ml Ginger Cordial
2.5ml Winter spiced syrup
5 Droplets Oak Smoke Non-Alcoholic Bitters

Method

Dry shake all ingredients, then follow with a brief wet shake over cubed ice.
Fine strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with a sage leaf surrounded by 3 drops of oak smoke bitters.

CEDER’S
WILD TIANI

Ingredients

60ml Ceder’s Wild
15ml Jasmine Tea (cold)
10ml Earl Grey Tea Syrup
10ml Lemon juice

Method

Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into chilled a coupette.
Garnish with a floating (edible) flower.

VALLEY SPRITZ

Ingredients

65ml Ceder’s Crisp
50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
50ml Cucumber Juice
7.5ml Lavender Syrup Top with Tonic water

Method

Build in glass – pour ingredients (except tonic water) into glass and stir to combine; add ice cubes and tonic water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with 4 red apple half-moons and a lime wheel stirred into the mixture – and a sprig of lavender.

GARDEN FIELDS

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Pink Rose
5ml Pink Rhubarb Cordial
100ml Mediterranean tonic

Method

Build in a wine glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.

CEDER’S
SUN & DELIGHT

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Pink Rose
3 raspberries
2.5ml agave syrup
10ml pink grapefruit juice

Method

Mix, shake & strain in a rocks glass over cubed ice. Top with Raspberry Kombucha
Garnish with a rose petal.

ROSE SPRINTZ

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Pink Rose
25ml Pink grapefruit tonic
75ml n/alc sparkling wine

Method

Build in a wine glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

PINK & PEACH

Ingredients

50ml Ceder’s Pink Rose
35ml Peach iced Tea
50ml Mediterranean tonic

Method

Build in a highball with cubed ice. Garnish with a slice of peach and a sprig of rosemary
