Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Whenever a delivery is made to the purchaser, it shall only be delivered to a residential address (or business address)
Currently, we fulfil and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatched orders are delivered Monday – Saturday. Pre-2pm weekday orders are dispatched the same day. Post-2pm orders are dispatched the next working day.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and don’t recommend customers order for delivery to PO Box addresses. Orders can’t be refunded if they have been sent to a PO Box address. If we attempt to deliver to you at home and no one is there to answer, our courier will leave a card informing you how to collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will be received at our Returns department.
Delivery & COVID-19:
We will continue our service for as long as it remains permitted by the Government and safe to do so. Due to the current situation of COVID-19, we have been advised that normal delivery services have been impacted and may cause interim delays in certain areas across the US. This could mean that orders arrive up to 5 working days after dispatch.
We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Shipping is handled by a third-party courier. Actual delivery times may vary from estimated times displayed.
Where orders have email and mobile numbers provided. Our Parcel carriers, Unites States Postal Service or others as may be used, will normally communicate directly with you via email and SMS to confirm the tracking details and options for diverting the delivery to a designated neighbor if this is available.
Our returns and exchange policy is 30-days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period. Refunds and replacements can only be issued if the goods are damaged or defective. The goods were purchased directly through this web site. The goods are returned within a 30-day period from receipt. We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable). For example, if not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
